Vincent’s paints his reflected image dressed in a grey coat with a lavender blue ascot.  The composition is done is soft greens and grays with red/orange transitioning to brown in thin, impressionistic strokes creating his beard and hair.  The background of grays and a somber green have some texture and swirl to them, the beginnings of what will become a unique feature of Vincent’s works.
