Associated rocks include Late Cretaceous granite. Coliated rocks strike slightly N of E and dip gently S. Local rocks include pre-Cenozoic metasedimentary and metavolcanic rocks undivided.
Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of 1,800 feet of zig-zag trenches, 10 feet wide and 6 to 10 feet deep plus one 65 foot shaft with no underground mining. Ore was being mined from a bench cutting into a trenched area about 50 feet N of the shaft (1953).
A few hundred tons of ore yielded during the first half of 1952 was of an undisclosed grade.
